Introduction to the fundamental theory of finite-dimensional linear systems with emphasis on the state-space representation. Mathematical representations of systems; linear dynamic solutions; controllability, observability, and stability; linearization and realization theory; and state feedback and state observer. Same course as MAE 5713.
