Dr. Stine Receives the "Professor of the Year Award"

This year the OSU-IEEE Student Branch started a "Professor of the Year’ award to honor an outstanding faculty member. The award is presented in the spring at the annual Spring Banquet and is in conjunction with the HKN professor award presented in the fall. The award is determined by a student vote and the first recipient of this award was Dr. James E. Stine. Dr. Stine is a new addition to the Electrical Engineering department but he has made quite a positive impact on his students. His passion for education as well as his care for students is evident and many students have commented that they enjoy learning in his classes. Dr. Stine received a plaque and gift certificate to Freddy Paul’s.
